Recipe: Popovers

my first attempt at popovers
looking up the recipe, i was surprised by how few ingredients there were and how quick they were to make. although they didn't quite "pop" as much as i would have liked they still had that yummy soft, eggy center and slightly crunchy exterior. perfect with berried or covered in cinnamon and sugar.

  1. I have lately been rather obsessed with the idea of making popovers. I need to buy a proper pan and finally give them a whirl. I am dying for popovers of a lemon poppyseed variety. Yours look delicious, even if not "popped" to your liking! I love the idea of serving them with sugared berries!
