I used to think that potatoes on pizza was an odd combination, but after seeing this recipe, I couldn't resist trying it out. The idea of potatoes, leeks and goat cheese together sounded delicious. The flavors were so good together that after just one bite this became one of my favorite pizzas that I have ever had!
