a very green smoothie bowl

smoothie bowls have become my breakfast obsession. they are healthy, delicious, and have endless variations!
for this smoothie i used:
1 frozen banana
1 table spoon of fresh almond butter
a handful of organic kale
a handful of organic baby spinach
1 cup of almond milk
a teaspoon of honey

vegan blackberry oatmeal crumble bars


this was not the most attractive of desserts, the bars were extra crumbly and messy, but absolutely delicious and so healthy! i can't wait to make them again!
