Rustic Mushroom Galette


This rustic mushroom galette was originally supposed to be a wild mushroom galette because of its chanterelle filling. However, after searching all surrounding stores I had to accept the fact that I live too far from any of the kind of grocery stores where people even knew what chanterelles were. I was disappointed, but still decided to to make the tart using crimini mushrooms. The end result was still delicious! The crust was just the right amount of flaky and the filling still had an amazing flavor. *I found this recipe here
